Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as a                                                                
cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 183 "An Act repealing the defined                                                                  
contribution retirement plans for teachers and for public employees;                                                            
making conforming amendments; and providing for an effective date."
